The Role

Service Delivery Specialist – Coordination, Customer Relations, International Tech Company

You will have a central role as the customer's primary contact person and be responsible for creating structure, overview and progress in the collaboration between the customer and TRIMIT Group. The role involves close dialogue with the customer and continuous coordination across internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Be the customer's primary contact person (Single Point of Contact)
  • Create overview, structure and progress in the customer's tasks and deliverables
  • Receive, clarify and structure customer needs and inquiries
  • Convert needs into concrete tasks, plans and prioritisations
  • Coordinate tasks and activities between customer and internal teams
  • Ensure correct allocation and booking of internal resources
  • Follow up on agreements, deadlines and deliverables
  • Ensure clear and ongoing communication to all relevant parties
  • Contribute to expectation management and ongoing prioritisation
  • Ensure coherence between projects, support and ad hoc tasks

Requirements

Experience: You may have experience from a similar position such as Service Delivery Manager, Customer Success Manager, Customer Relations Manager, Delivery Coordinator or similar. Your professional experience is more important than your education, as there may be several paths into the job. You may also come from the service or event industry, where you have built strong skills in coordination, planning, quality and customer handling.

Key qualities: You are welcoming, outgoing and service-minded. You have a natural ability to build strong relationships – both with customers and colleagues – and thrive in a role where dialogue, coordination and collaboration are crucial to success. You are good at listening, engaging and creating security for the customer through clear communication and ongoing follow-up. You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and are motivated by delivering work of high quality and professionalism. You take responsibility, follow up and keep your commitments, and with your natural authority and drive you manage to create progress and maintain overview – even when many tasks are in play simultaneously. You work independently and proactively, but also see the value in teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Languages: You communicate in Danish and English in both writing and speech.

Location: You live within a reasonable commute to the company's location in Viborg, Kolding or Copenhagen.

Advantageous: Experience with Navision/Business Central or other ERP knowledge is considered an advantage but not a requirement.
