Schut Papier is seeking temporary reinforcement for its financial administration department. This is a position for several months to support the Finance department. Available on a contract or freelance basis.
Responsibilities
- Checking incoming and outgoing invoices for accuracy
- Scanning, processing and booking invoices
- Managing and processing time registration
- Supporting financial administration as needed
Requirements
- You work accurately, independently and in a structured manner
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a comparable administrative role, preferably within a production environment
- Minimum MBO-4 level of education and thinking, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or similar
- Experience with accounting software; knowledge of Business Central is a plus
- Good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
