About the Role
This position is responsible for procurement and inventory maintenance. You'll play a key role in keeping the resort running effortlessly — making sure every guest experience is supported by seamless operations behind the scenes. You'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team in a beautiful resort environment.
Responsibilities
- Submit purchase orders to vendors for Par Stock Items and Alcohol purchases
- Track and update required par stock levels, order guides, and other departmental forms
- Create inventory items in Business Central
- Maintain Count Sheets, enter counts, and compile results of physical inventory counts
- Report on variances from inventory counts
- Investigate discrepancies from cycle counts and physical inventory
- Manage system control of storage locations and par levels
- Procure food and beverage and lodging items for the resort
Requirements
- At least 6–12 months of past perpetual inventory experience
- Experience with perpetual inventory software; Microsoft Business Central Dynamics experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formula formation, etc.)
- Proven attention to detail
- Comfortable with mathematical calculations and analyzing/interpreting data
- Previous experience with financial data and preparing financial statements
- Familiarity with month-end reconciliations and profit/loss accounting (P&L)

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary Range: $42,000 to $49,000 Year-Round with Health and Dental Benefits
