About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will take ownership of dedicated B2B accounts and manage the full order-to-cash process from invoicing to delivery coordination and after-sales support. You will work closely with sales, warehouse, logistics partners and customers to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage dedicated B2B customer accounts throughout the full order-to-cash process
  • Process and fulfill wholesale orders while ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses, logistics providers, forwarders and customers' logistics teams
  • Monitor order status and handle day-to-day communication with customers regarding deliveries, invoicing and operational topics
  • Prepare customer invoicing, monitor outstanding balances and handle AR-related queries
  • Support after-sales activities including returns, repairs and issue resolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP systems and internal databases

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar order management, customer service or operations role
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level)
  • Ability to work independently while also being a reliable team player
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • General computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems simultaneously
