About the role
Join our Team as a Group Treasury Senior Specialist at Dedalus, one of the World's leading healthcare technology companies. You will become part of the Group Treasury Team, focusing on Treasury analytics, risk & reporting. Playing a key role in managing financial risk for Dedalus and in providing senior management with clear visibility into Treasury data.
The role is responsible for FX and interest rate exposure management, hedge accounting processes and Treasury reporting within a centralized, international Treasury function. In addition, considering the ongoing Treasury transformation, the role contributes to the redesign and stabilization of Treasury risk and reporting processes and supports the implementation of Treasury tools within the scope of its responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
FX Risk Management
- Identify and analyze Group-wide FX exposures
- Design and maintain FX risk reporting
- Execute and manage FX transactions
- Perform pricing checks
- Produce FX P&L
- Provide hedging recommendations
Interest Rate Risk Management
- Monitor and report interest rate exposures
- Support hedging activities
- Manage the lifecycle of interest rate instruments
Treasury & Working Capital Reporting
- Design and own the Treasury reporting package
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports
- Develop KPI frameworks
- Maintain working capital analysis with a focus on liquidity and cash impact
Risk Monitoring & Controls
- Monitor FX, interest rate, and counterparty limits
- Maintain risk logs
- Prepare periodic risk summaries
Hedge Accounting
- Manage hedge accounting processes
- Prepare hedge documentation and effectiveness testing
- Ensure alignment between risk management and accounting outcomes
Governance & Compliance
- Maintain internal and external Treasury documentation
- Support policy updates
- Contribute to audit requirements
Treasury Transformation
- Act as business owner for FX, risk, and reporting processes on Kyriba
- Provide cross-functional support across Treasury Operations, Forecasting, and Systems
Essential Requirements
- At least 5 years of previous experience in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Advisory within an international environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred)
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tagetik and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or related fields (mandatory) – laurea Magistrale
- Post-graduate specialization in Finance, Treasury or Risk Management preferred
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Based in Milan, working on hybrid modality and available to occasional business trips abroad
- French and German are a plus
