About the Role

Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft technologies solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical expertise and guidance in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft technologies solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server
• Develop and maintain coding standards, best practices, and documentation for Microsoft technologies projects
• Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality solutions
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Microsoft technologies
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the development process to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• Masters in Software Engineering

• AZ-204: Microsoft Azure Developer Associate - Microsoft
• BUILD - DIGITAL MARKETING - Genpact
• ISTQB Certified Tester - International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE)
