Job Description 1-3 years of experience in HR shared services or a solid understanding of the employee hire-to-retire lifecycle from an HR perspective . R, job, compensation, org Roles & responsibility ØResponsible for teams & individual performance to meet SLA/KPI on daily basis ( Time & accuracy both) ØNeed to ensure working from office (RTO) as per business requirement. ØResponsible to support & work in absence of other teammates/ leaders / Projects.
