Solution Architect – Cross Platform Analytics

Location: Spain (100% Remote)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (38 hours per week in August). Reference hours: 09:00 - 18:00.

Languages: Spanish and Advanced English (C1 mandatory)

The Role

We are not looking for someone who only manages infrastructure. We need a technical and strategic leader who takes ownership of architecture and the evolution of key capabilities within our Assisted Channels SaaS platform. Your Mission

As Solution Architect – Cross Platform Analytics, you will be the technical pillar to transform requirements into global, scalable, and reusable solutions:

• Lead and design scalable architectures for omnichannel service platforms, customer interaction management, data ecosystems, and real-time and historical analytics.
• Define and implement technical requirements for Reporting (historical and real-time) for assisted channels (Contact Center and branches), working closely with the Functional Product Owner.
• Ensure consistency, security, resilience, and technical governance across different solutions and national implementations in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Oversee and support complex integrations between Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, data/security platforms, and internal or external enterprise applications.
• Guide engineering teams in technical decision-making and maintain impeccable and up-to-date architecture documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or technical leadership roles related to data management and Reporting.
• SaaS & Cloud Architectural Design: Strong experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS / Azure), multi-tenant SaaS environments, and API-based integration patterns (REST) and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Event Bus).
• Data Ecosystems: Solid knowledge of data platforms (Data Lake), real-time processing, and historical analytics.
• Tools and Methodologies: Fluent management and documentation in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) using Jira and Confluence.
• Security: Deep understanding of authentication models (OAuth2, RBAC) and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Languages: Demonstrable Advanced English (C1), with the ability to coordinate and align multiple teams and global stakeholders.
