The Role
We're hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to help us build scalable CRM solutions for a healthcare-tech transformation program. This is a hands-on role involving customizations, integrations, and Power Platform extension.
Responsibilities
- Customize and extend D365 CE modules using Power Apps, JavaScript, and C#
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows and integration endpoints
- Work on Sprint-based deliveries with clear unit testing and version control
- Contribute to portal build-outs using Power Pages (with UX team)
- Collaborate with QA and BAs for feature validation and deployment
Required Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in implementing, configuring, and enhancing core functionality within the D365 Sales and Marketing modules
- Power Platform expertise: Highly experienced with Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools
- Technical Development: Strong command of C#, .NET, and JavaScript for developing robust custom solutions (plugins, custom APIs, web resources) that extend D365 capabilities
- Data Architecture: Proven ability to design, manage, and optimize data structures within Microsoft Dataverse to support complex Sales and Marketing processes
- Data Integration & APIs: Experience connecting D365 to various external systems using REST APIs
- Bulk data migration: Knowledge of tools like KingswaySoft or comparable SSIS/integration solutions is a definite advantage
- SDLC & DevOps: Required experience in Agile development environments
- CI/CD & Azure DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Azure DevOps for streamlined D365 deployments is a strong plus
