The Role
As a Services Team Lead for Microsoft AI Business Solutions (Manila), you are a delivery-focused leader responsible for building, developing and operationalising the Manila-based AI Business Solutions delivery capability. You will combine deep functional and technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio with strong people management and engagement leadership skills, ensuring consultants, architects and contractors are deployed effectively across ANZ engagements and that delivery quality, utilisation and client satisfaction targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Manila-based AI Business Solutions team (Architects, Senior Consultants, Consultants and Contractors), owning day-to-day people leadership, performance management, coaching and career development.
- Partner with the ANZ Delivery Lead to forecast capacity, plan resourcing and align Manila bench capability with the ANZ pipeline of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio engagements.
- Establish and uphold technical governance practices in Manila — design reviews, code reviews, ALM, deployment standards and quality gates — in collaboration with Principal Consultants and Architects in ANZ.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, AI-enhanced solutions using Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service), Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
- Mentor team members in resolving complex functional, configuration, integration and AI-related design challenges.
- Provide consulting services across the full delivery lifecycle: discovery, design, build, deployment, testing, documentation, hypercare and transition.
- Manage scope, effort, escalations and stakeholder expectations within commercial, technical and timeline constraints, escalating risks to the ANZ Delivery Lead in a timely manner.
- Represent Insight as a functional/technical leader in client-facing forums, building trusted relationships with ANZ engagement stakeholders and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 12+ years' experience in functional/technical consulting roles within a professional services or enterprise delivery environment, including 2+ years leading or coordinating delivery teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, customisation and integration across business applications
- Expert-level understanding of at least two Dynamics 365 First Party Applications (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
- Advanced proficiency in Power Platform — Power Automate, Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps — with proven experience designing and deploying scalable solutions
- Best-practice implementation of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Experience with complex CRM configuration, customisation, integration and data migration
- Proven ability to translate client business processes into Microsoft solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio
- Demonstrated people leadership experience — performance management, coaching, career development, hiring and capability uplift
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage ANZ-based clients and Insight stakeholders confidently across time zones
