Lead the design and delivery of complex CRM solutions that meet business and customer needs. Act as a key technical contact for stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust CRM solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex CRM solutions that meet business and customer needs
- Review to ensure alignment with engineering standards
- Design and implement workflows, plugins and custom entities
- Own the technical delivery of CRM initiatives, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to CRM engineers
- Identify and implement best practices across CRM development and configuration
- Act as a key technical contact for stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust CRM solutions
- Accountable for the custodianship and governance of CRM technical assets
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
- Hands-on experience writing plugins, workflows, JavaScript, dialogs, etc.
- Experience with C#.NET
- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Custom application and their integrations with Dynamics 365
- Dynamics 365 integrations with Azure services like Logic Apps, Azure functions, and Azure storage
- DevOps (CI/CD, Git Hub etc.)
