As a Senior Microsoft Business Applications & AI Engineer, you sit at the intersection of enterprise engineering and intelligent automation. You lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions — integrating AI capabilities that drive measurable business impact for global clients. Your technical decisions directly shape Capgemini's Microsoft CX practice and the digital experiences of millions of end users.
Your project
You will join Capgemini's Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice - one of the largest Salesforce delivery teams in Poland. We work across the full Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Industry Clouds) and deliver to clients from financial services, telco, utilities, manufacturing, retail, life sciences, and the public sector. You will be assigned to a project that best matches your domain background and career direction.
Your tasks
- Lead delivery of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions within Agile teams
- Extend platform capabilities through pro-code customization (plugins, PCF, custom connectors)
- Design and implement AI-powered experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Foundry
- Build and maintain enterprise integrations across ERP, CPQ, telephony, and SaaS systems
- Champion CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Collaborate with Architects and Functional Consultants to shape the right solution approach
Your profile
- Hands-on with Dynamics 365 (Contact Center/Sales/Service) and Power Platform (Dataverse, Apps, Automate, Pages)
- Proficient in C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript; comfortable with PowerShell/Bash and Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/ARM/Terraform)
- Experience with Azure Integration services — Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI integrations into business workflows
- Microsoft certifications (PL-600, PL-400, AZ-204, AI-102, AB-100) are a strong plus
- Translates complex business needs into scalable solutions, balancing configuration vs. customization trade-offs with a cost/value mindset
- Analytical and adaptable — follows the Microsoft roadmap closely and thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving delivery environments
- Influences technical direction across cross-functional teams and communicates with confidence to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
