About the Role

You are not just accompanying processes, but creating genuine added value. As a (Senior) Business Process Consultant and/or Solution Architect (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind holistic, AI-powered service solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and take responsibility for the design and implementation of scalable solution architectures in the Customer Service, Contact Center, and Field Service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate modern AI functions such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Predictive Analytics, and intelligent automation to ensure innovative technologies are seamlessly embedded
  • Carry technical responsibility for end-to-end solutions, including system integration, data strategy, and security
  • Ensure all architecture decisions are sustainable, scalable, and future-proof
  • Accompany customers throughout the entire project cycle, from requirements analysis to go-live
  • Facilitate workshops and prepare complex concepts in a target-group-appropriate manner
  • Develop sustainable service strategies that transform customer processes long-term
  • Actively contribute to the further development of the Microsoft competency portfolio
  • Assume a technical mentoring role in the team and support knowledge transfer at eye level
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, offer creation, and solution design
  • Act as a catalyst for new technology and AI trends in the service environment

Requirements

  • Multiple years of project experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, particularly Customer Service / Field Service and/or Contact Center
  • Sound understanding of AI/ML approaches in the CRM context (Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform)
  • Deep understanding of service processes, system architectures, and their optimization potential
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and their meaningful integration into existing system landscapes
  • High level of commitment, teamwork, and professional, confident demeanor
  • Secure German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel moderately for business purposes
