About the Role

The Regular Giving Coordinator role is permanent, full-time and is responsible for the successful coordination and implementation of Vinnies's Regular Giving program. You will report to the Direct Marketing Manager and will collaborate with internal stakeholders for the efficient delivery of the Regular Giving Program.

Your background in business or marketing, combined with an understanding of fundraising, particularly Regular Giving, will be highly advantageous in this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong strategic thinking skills and would like to make a meaningful contribution to the community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement campaigns to strengthen and grow regular giving donor base
  • Support donor acquisition, engagement, and retention programs
  • Build engaging donor journeys to welcome, steward, retain, and engage regular donors
  • Develop and coordinate the upgrade, retention, and reactivation programs for Regular Giving with a key focus on minimizing attrition
  • Effectively manage all data requirements and collaborate with the Fundraising Data Insights team to set performance benchmarks and targets

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications preferably in a related discipline e.g. business, marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Understanding of marketing and fundraising, preferably in Regular Giving
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience in using databases, preferably MS Dynamics 365
