About the Role

We are seeking a Service Project Manager / Commissioning Technician to follow your own service projects from planning through to operational facility. At Firesafe, you will both lead and be hands-on.

The role combines project management with direct technical responsibility. The focus is the aftermarket for our extinguishing systems (SBF 500) and fire alarms (SBF 110); replacements, upgrades, rebuilds and other measures on existing installations.

Responsibilities

As Service Project Manager you will:

• Plan, lead and follow up service projects from order to completion
• Ensure projects maintain schedule, quality and budget
• Coordinate technicians/subcontractors and materials
• Be the customer's primary contact throughout the assignment
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation
• Work in our IT systems for planning, follow-up and reporting
• Identify upselling opportunities and improvement suggestions together with sales and the service manager

As Commissioning Technician in your projects you will:

• Commission fire alarms and extinguishing systems
• Perform functional tests and ensure compliance with SBF 110, SBF 115 and SBF 500 requirements
• Troubleshoot, correct and upgrade systems
• Write clear protocols/service reports for actions and billing
• Conduct customer and facility training when included in the assignment

Requirements

We are seeking someone who:

• Has experience with technical projects, preferably in fire alarms, extinguishing systems, electrical, security or similar
• Thrives in a combined role where you both lead and work practically on site at the customer
• Is structured, communicative and takes personal responsibility
• Finds it easy to plan, prioritize and solve problems in daily work
• Has good IT skills and is comfortable working in various systems
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and handles basic English

Requirements:

• Category B driving license
• Criminal record extract without remarks

Merits

• Experience with extinguishing systems and/or fire alarms
• Background as service technician, commissioning technician, team leader or project manager in technical/installation work
• Experienced user of business system Dynamics 365 and/or service system Mobigo
