As Projectmanager / Project Lead you are the connecting factor between client, consultants and developers. You operationally direct projects and ensure everything runs smoothly, from planning to delivery.
You maintain control over progress, budgets and expectations, without losing sight of the human side.
Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor ERP implementation projects
- Prepare and track project plans and milestones
- Monitor budgets, hours and deadlines
- Coordinate consultants, developers and external stakeholders
- Signal risks and steer course corrections when needed
- Align with clients on progress, priorities and expectations
- Ensure clear communication and good collaboration within teams
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of our project approach
What you bring
You are someone who maintains overview, connects people and keeps projects moving. You switch easily between operations, client contact and internal collaboration.
You recognise yourself in several of the following points:
- Experience as project manager, project lead or delivery lead
- Experience with ERP, software or implementation projects
- Strong in planning, organising and follow-up
- Strong communicator towards clients and teams
- Solution-focused and stress-resistant
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or ERP is a plus
- Affinity with fashion, retail or furniture industry is a nice-to-have
