As a Project Management and Accounting functional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' technology landscapes across various functions by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to PwC's value proposition of "strategy led and technology enabled," aligning industry focus with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. You will help deploy and optimize Microsoft Business Applications Suite across several industries, providing enterprises with domain knowledge and purpose-built applications designed to meet unique business needs. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, and deepen your technical skills. You will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow. Responsibilities Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to project management and accounting processes. Design and implement D365 F&O Project Management & Accounting solutions aligned with business needs. Provide functional expertise across: Project Management & Accounting Project Budgeting and Forecasting Project Cost and Revenue Tracking Time & Expense Management Resource Scheduling and Utilization Project Procurement and Inventory Integration WIP (Work in Progress) Management Project Billing and Invoicing Intercompany Project Accounting Fixed-price, Time & Material, and Investment Projects Configure project categories, project groups, funding sources, billing rules, and accounting setups. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements and best practices. Ensure integration with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR processes. Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation lifecycle including: Requirement gathering Solution design Configuration Testing Data migration Deployment Hypercare support Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover/go-live activities. Ensure delivery within project scope, timelines, and budget. Identify project risks/issues proactively and drive mitigation plans. Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, interfaces, workflows, and reporting requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to business and client stakeholders. Conduct executive presentations, project reviews, and status reporting. Work closely with finance and project operations teams to optimize project accounting processes. Support pre-sales activities, solution demos, effort estimation, and proposal development. Lead and mentor functional consultants and analysts. Provide guidance on D365 PMA best practices and solution design. Support team capability development, resource planning, and knowledge sharing. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 9 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Strong functional expertise in: Project Management & Accounting Project Costing and Billing Financial Management Budgeting and Revenue Recognition . Strong understanding of project accounting and financial processes. Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle. Knowledge of integrations with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
