About the Company
New England Coffee is one of the largest independent Coffee Roasters in the Northeast. Located in Malden, MA, we service our community with coffee and supply retail store locations around the country.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Inventory Control
- Maintains accurate inventory levels and performs stock checks & cycle counts
- Completes year-end inventory counts, and cycle counting as needed
Customer/Internal Support
- Identify, locate, and provide parts to technicians or customers
Ordering & Procurement
- Place orders with vendors, track shipments, and process special orders for parts and equipment
Data Entry & Reporting
- Use D365 & Power BI Reports to view and update safety stocks and pricing
Shipping & Receiving
- Serves as the back-up to primary Shipping & Receiving, which includes processing incoming inventory and preparing outgoing shipments or returns
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of two years of warehouse experience working on coffee, tea and beverage equipment or related field preferred
Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Positive, customer service attitude and a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft platforms (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Experience with CRM, Salesforce, or ERP systems preferred
- Forklift experience (recommended but training offered)
