About the Role

Are you a passionate developer looking to work on modern ERP solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies? Join our growing team and play a key role in delivering innovative Business Central solutions — while also contributing to the development of our own products, IP, and add-ons.

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer who is eager to work in a collaborative environment, leverage modern development tools, and continuously grow their technical expertise.

Development Environment

By joining our team, you will work on ERP projects while using modern development practices and tools, including:

• Visual Studio Code & AL development
• Git-based version control (Azure DevOps)
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Cloud-first architecture (Business Central SaaS)
• Integration with Microsoft ecosystem (APIs, Azure services)
• Structured and Agile development methodologies

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of proprietary solutions, reusable components, and add-ons, shaping products used across multiple clients and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AL extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Customize and enhance standard Business Central functionality based on client needs
• Contribute to the development of internal IP, reusable modules, and commercial add-ons
• Participate in full development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment)
• Work with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and pipelines for source control and release management
• Contribute to upgrades and migrations
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs
• Collaborate with functional consultants and project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central development
• Knowledge of C/AL and/or AL languages
• Experience with Visual Studio Code
• Experience with Git / version control systems
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines)
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience with system integrations (APIs, web services)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, sales)
