About AIS

AIS is a Premiere IT Business Technology Company headquartered in North Las Vegas, NV with additional branches in Southern California. This career opportunity is based out of the North Las Vegas Headquarters.

Core Values: We Adapt and never lose our Integrity to Surpass expectations – We are AIS-NOW

Mission Statement: Exceed our customers' expectations by providing unparalleled business solutions with leading edge technology products, coupled with unmatched service, supplies and support. Our foundation of work ethic, integrity, and teamwork enable us to work within a culture that cares about our customers, our community and each other.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused marketing position for someone who is action-oriented, well-rounded across multiple marketing disciplines, and has the endurance to sustain high output across a full day covering diverse functions. You will be the entire marketing operation — and you need the energy and battery to match.

Purpose: To serve as the operational engine of AIS marketing. The Vice President of Marketing sets vision, brand direction, and AI strategy. The Marketing Manager executes. This is an operations role with marketing tools — not a marketing leadership position. You are here to support sales, service, and the business by producing useful, timely work using AI tools, systems, and vendors.

What This Role IS

  • A hands-on executor who ships work daily
  • AI-enabled — uses AI agents, automation tools, and AI content platforms as standard workflow
  • Cross-functional — supports sales, service, and operations, not just marketing in isolation
  • Focused on speed, responsiveness, and usefulness
  • A lean, disciplined, individual contributor role

What This Role IS NOT

  • A marketing strategist (the Vice President of Marketing sets strategy)
  • A brand builder or campaign architect
  • A team manager or department builder
  • A steppingstone to building a larger marketing department

Major Goals

  • Support AIS sales, service, and customer experience by executing marketing-related tasks efficiently using AI, systems, and vendors
  • Own the day-to-day execution of all marketing operations across sales enablement, content, website, CRM, customer communications, and vendor coordination
  • Support sales lead generation through content, collateral, campaign execution, and vendor-driven programs including Kyocera Unlimited
  • Manage the AIS website on WordPress, maintain content, SEO performance, and lead capture functionality integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Work alongside AI agents as daily tools, providing feedback to the Vice President of Marketing on agent performance and identifying new automation opportunities
  • Be a steward of the Marcus Sheridan They Ask, You Answer methodology — every piece of content published answers a real customer question

Toughest Parts of the Job

  • Learning and adopting an AI-first operating model from day one. You will use AI agents, n8n automations, and AI content tools as part of your standard workflow. This is not optional.
  • Balancing the breadth of a swiss-army-knife role: sales enablement, content, website, CRM, customer comms, design coordination, vendor management, and events all sit on your plate
  • Operating in a rapidly evolving environment where the tools and processes are deliberately being rebuilt. Comfort with ambiguity is required.
  • Maintaining marketing output and responsiveness during a period of organizational transformation
  • Staying disciplined. This role succeeds by doing fewer things faster and better — not by expanding scope or chasing campaigns.

Weekly Workload Priorities (Approximate)

  • 20–30%: Sales requests and enablement (top priority — this comes first)
  • 15–20%: Website management
  • 15–20%: Content execution (AI-assisted)
  • 10–15%: Customer communications
  • 10–15%: Vendor coordination
  • 5–10%: Events, internal support, and miscellaneous

Daily Responsibilities

A. Sales Enablement (Top Priority)

  • Build and manage outreach sequences in Outreach.io
  • Create and edit sales collateral, presentations, and messaging
  • Support inside and outside sales with campaign timing, lead nurture sequences, and email content
  • Maintain an organized, accessible content library for the sales team

B. Customer Communications

  • Manage client emails, updates, and onboarding communications
  • Create service-related messaging and coordinate with video on customer-facing content
  • Support internal communications as needed

C. Content Execution (AI-Driven)

  • Execute the editorial calendar in alignment with SEO, AEO, and pillar content strategy
  • Generate, edit, and publish content using AI agents (including the AI CMS Agent)
  • Distribute content across relevant channels

D. Social Media

  • Manage social media calendaring, scheduling, and content creation across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platform-relevant channels

E. Website Management

  • Maintain and update the AIS website on WordPress, including landing pages and lead capture forms
  • Ensure forms are integrated with Microsoft Dynamics via n8n
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure nothing breaks

F. Vendor Coordination

  • Manage outsourced design vendors: scope work, ensure delivery, control cost
  • Coordinate with any outsourced web or specialty vendors as needed

G. Events and Internal Support

  • Manage Vegas Golden Knights partnership activations from the marketing side
  • Assist with company events, roadshows, and client events
  • Coordinate video production with the in-house Video Producer for customer testimonials, executive interviews, and event coverage
  • Handle PR coordination, vendor partner co-marketing, and industry event participation

H. AI-Augmented Operations

  • Use existing AIS AI agents (Content Strategist, Sales Sequence Coach, Podcast Repurposing Agent, AI CMS Agent, and others) as part of daily workflow
  • Provide feedback to the Vice President of Marketing on agent performance and identify new automation opportunities
  • Adopt new AI tools and workflows as they are rolled out

Other Duties

  • Other duties as assigned, identified, or as needed

Working Conditions

  • General working hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
  • Additional hours as required to complete objectives
  • Attend occasional networking events, webinars, and training
  • Minimal travel as needed to support AIS office locations, customers, and industry events

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills

We are looking for a well-rounded marketing generalist with competency across multiple disciplines.

Required:

  • 4–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B with some exposure to technology, IT services, or professional services
  • Hands-on experience across multiple disciplines including content, social media, email marketing, basic design (Canva or Adobe), and website management
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, calendaring, scheduling tools, and platform best practices
  • Experience with a CRM and marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)
  • Strong writing and copywriting skills with the ability to produce clean, on-brand copy without heavy editing (writing samples required)

Preferred:

  • WordPress experience
  • Familiarity with Marcus Sheridan's They Ask, You Answer methodology
  • Experience working with or alongside AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
  • Video coordination experience (you do not need to edit, but you understand production)
  • B2B SMB market experience
