The Role

This position will support both the finance and development accounts payable team, along with other business and operations teams across our fast-growing company in the different countries where we are based. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at an early, high-growth stage and have ownership in a finance and payable functions role.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the development process for our Fever Originals projects
  • Liaise with project managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of development payments
  • Drive high-volume processing of daily invoices, from initial review to final posting, maintaining high standards of precision in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform all onboarding and compliance activities
  • Assist with month-end financial reporting process
  • Work with internal key players (Business, Legal, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams) to effectively ensure and execute development payments and troubleshoot issues
  • Leverage processes to identify areas of improvement, including performance and technology-based changes

Who You Are

  • Accounting, finance, or related degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance/accounting in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and bilingual Spanish
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and database management
  • Proven experience in invoice processing within high-volume environments
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Tipalti is a big plus
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion and achievements
