Contract: Permanent, Full-Time on site — 40 hours, Monday–Friday
Shift options: Three shift options available. Flexibility across working hours is essential for this role, including the ability to support weekend operations as required. Schedules will be agreed in advance and aligned to the needs of the business.
Your role at CHANEL
A pivotal role at the heart of Fragrance & Beauté and Watches & Fine Jewellery POS operations, the Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining system integrity across D365, Y2, and Manhattan SCALE WMS, ensuring accurate stock movements, seamless cycle count execution, and precise reconciliation across multiple warehouse locations. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, analytical rigour, and operational discipline, acting as the primary inventory point of accountability from receipt through to fulfilment and supporting cross-divisional accuracy in real time.
Inventory Management & Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate stock positions across Fragrance & Beauté lines within D365, Y2, and Manhattan SCALE WMS
- Plan, coordinate, and execute cycle counts — scheduled or on the fly — in compliance with the annual inventory process, ensuring all counts are documented via WMS
- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve stock discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate stock movements, resolve discrepancies and maintain optimal stock levels
- Process stock condition reports, manage inventory control, and cross-divisional support
- Support rotational Fashion, WFJ, Distribution Centre (DC), and multi-site on the fly cycle counts and batch code analysis
- Identify and escalate integration gaps between Manhattan SCALE WMS, D365, and Y2, maintaining a clear log of known issues and proposed resolutions
- Support the creation and release of local products using the D365 product template, ensuring all SKUs are correctly set up in time for launch
- Coordinate the daily BI Reconciliation report, reviewing, investigating, and resolving discrepancies and negative positions across all three core systems in real time
Data Management & Reporting
- Primary Inventory point of contact, providing clear and timely written communications to stakeholders including escalations, process updates, and stock status reports
- Work collaboratively with multiple divisions to investigate and resolve shipment and delivery discrepancies
- Notice errors, enrich master data and ensure smooth communication across divisions
General Warehouse Support
- Assist with various warehouse duties, including import/export activities and sales order support, as needed
- Comply with departmental KPIs and uphold safe working practices
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, reaching, and safely moving stock
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Display a proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and handle challenges with diligence

- Advanced MS and experience within WMS Manhattan or D365 — highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude, responsible and adaptable, self-motivated, and driven to focus on maximising efficiency
- A good team player with the ability to respond efficiently and effectively to departmental tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Champions housekeeping best practices and holds the team to the same standard
- Previous working knowledge of warehouse, inventory management and/or replenishment cross-system integration
