Position: Technology Manager (CRM and RPA) – Hybrid
Objective of the Position
Act as Manager of CRM and RPA in the Technology area, leading the team responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and UiPath platforms. Ensure stable, secure and scalable solutions, translating business area demands into quality technical deliverables, within IT standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the technology team (performance evaluation, feedback, activity prioritization, competency development)
- Be responsible for the operation and technical evolution of Dynamics and UiPath platforms, ensuring availability, performance and security
- Translate business area requirements into technical solutions, defining approach, effort and dependencies with other IT fronts
- Manage the lifecycle of solutions in Dynamics and automations in UiPath: development, testing, deployment, orchestration, monitoring and improvements
- Coordinate maintenance and incidents, acting on critical issues, root cause analysis and technical action plans
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, Information Security, data governance and Change Management processes
- Manage suppliers and implementation partners (contracts, SLAs, technical backlog, upgrades and technology roadmap)
Technical Requirements
- Solid IT experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with RPA, ideally UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator and robot monitoring)
- Knowledge of systems integration and cloud architecture (preferably Azure)
- Experience with development and delivery practices (versioning, testing, CI/CD, documentation)
- Previous work in agile and/or hybrid environments, using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
