Salary Range: $78,077.00 - $117,115.00

Position Summary

We're looking for a Financial Analyst who wants to leverage their business acumen in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role is a unique blend of financial analytics and business partnership. You will dive deep into the numbers to understand cost levers impacting the business and drive cross-functional discussions with key internal partners to help ensure financially prudent outcomes to existing business challenges.

Location: Hybrid role requiring onsite work three days per week in Cypress, CA (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Reporting: Structure large data sets to find usable information and create reports for internal teams.
• Analytics: Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
• Business Process Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities, recommend future state, quantify opportunities, partner with business leaders to successfully implement, and track success.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate cross-functionally to build financial models that inform pricing, profitability, channel economics, and new product launch decisions.
• Systems: Be a key user of various financial systems of the Company and other business applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting
• 3+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent education/experience combination
• Ability to apply solid business judgment to analytical projects and provide guidance based on analyses. Accurately assess risks associated with various alternatives
• Tech savvy and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate analysis, modeling or reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365
• Demonstrated ability to independently prepare financial and/or strategic analysis with accuracy within an established time frame
• Ability to communicate complex issues in a concise, clear manner, whether written or oral
