About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related processes across Europe.
Daily Responsibilities
- Support and develop solutions to translate accounting requirements into effective configurations within Microsoft Business Central
- Set up CSV Ports (interfaces)
- Support roll-out projects for new subsidiaries
- Document and improve our entire accounting processes and systems landscape including further applications and interfaces
- Provide functional support and guidance to users of accounting systems
- Identify system and process issues and drive their resolution
- Analyse and harmonise accounting and financial processes
- Support audit activities and monthly group reporting from a systems perspective, as well as collaborate with the collections (dunning) team
Requirements
- Degree in information technology, business administration, accounting, or a comparable qualification / relevant professional experience
- Practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in IT-related project management, with demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate team meetings (e.g., stand-ups), with strong communication skills
- Basic development and debugging knowledge is considered an advantage
