About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related processes across Europe.

Daily Responsibilities

• Support and develop solutions to translate accounting requirements into effective configurations within Microsoft Business Central
• Set up CSV Ports (interfaces)
• Support roll-out projects for new subsidiaries
• Document and improve our entire accounting processes and systems landscape including further applications and interfaces
• Provide functional support and guidance to users of accounting systems
• Identify system and process issues and drive their resolution
• Analyse and harmonise accounting and financial processes
• Support audit activities and monthly group reporting from a systems perspective, as well as collaborate with the collections (dunning) team

Requirements

• Degree in information technology, business administration, accounting, or a comparable qualification / relevant professional experience
• Practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in IT-related project management, with demonstrated ability to deliver results
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate team meetings (e.g., stand-ups), with strong communication skills
• Basic development and debugging knowledge is considered an advantage
