As an ERP-Manufacturing and Cost Management Functional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will specialize in analyzing client needs, implementing ERP software solutions, and providing training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft ERP applications. This will enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives effectively. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Responsibilities - Leading the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to enhance client operational efficiency - Analyzing client needs and developing tailored ERP strategies to meet their strategic objectives - Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful ERP deployments - Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance - Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps to customize and develop client-specific solutions - Facilitating data integration and process improvement initiatives to optimize business performance - Overseeing the development of system requirements specifications and confirming system interoperability - Engaging in continuous process improvement and embracing change to drive innovation - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing business application consulting services - Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP software - Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business performance management - Excelling in project management tracking and strategic questioning - Implementing continuous process improvement and customization strategies - Embracing change and fostering a culture of innovation - Leveraging data integration and system interoperability for client solutions - Developing skills in Microsoft Power Apps and SQL Server Data Tools Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
