Reporting to the General Management, the selected person will act as a strategic financial partner for the group, participating in the definition and execution of the economic-financial strategy of several companies.
The role includes a key position in decision-making, business analysis, and representation of Management in certain committees and strategic negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Advise General Management daily on financial matters, analyzing the viability of new projects, investments, and resource optimization.
- Substitute and represent the General Director in Management Committees and strategic meetings when necessary, maintaining a position aligned with the group's vision.
- Supervise the financial health of assigned companies, preparing executive reports, dashboards, and key KPIs for business analysis.
- Actively participate and provide financial support in negotiation tables with banking entities, partners, suppliers, and strategic clients.
- Leverage the group's ERP potential to optimize processes and lead the evolution of reporting towards an analytical and predictive model.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
- MBA or Master's degree in Financial Management (desirable).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Management positions, Corporate Controller, or similar in multi-company environments.
- Solid knowledge of financial consolidation, budgeting, treasury, and corporate taxation.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strategic, analytical profile oriented to business.
- High capacity for negotiation, communication, and decision-making.
- Autonomous, solution-oriented person accustomed to working with sensitive and confidential information.
