About the Role
Position: D365 F&O Functional P2P
Location: Noida
Purpose: This role is responsible for addressing all IDEMIA IT related issues in accordance with the relevant service-level agreements and cooperating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily functional support and maintenance for the MS D365 F&O system, with focus on Finance and Purchasing
- Manage, address and resolve incident and requests tickets and ensuring timely solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Procurement
- Deliver regular and customized training to key user teams within the business
- Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
- Assist with systems integrations
- Support ERP implementations on Microsoft D365 F&O by training key-users, participating actively in UAT tests and Hypercare phase
Required Skills
- 2-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft D365 F&O, with strong focus on Finance and Purchasing modules
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments and procurement workflows
- Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape (workflows, connection with Kyriba, etc…)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytic mindset
- Fluency in English, as the role involves working with an international team
