As a D365 F&O Solution Architect, you play a key role in designing, structuring and governing Microsoft ERP solutions within transformation programs. You intervene from the pre-sales phase to define the solution vision, secure functional and technical choices, and co-build architectures aligned with business objectives, Microsoft standards and the client's IT strategy.
In delivery, you guide project teams, arbitrate key choices and ensure overall solution consistency throughout the engagement lifecycle. You also play an important role in supporting teams, building competencies and driving the D365 community within the group.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design of the D365 F&O solution, ensuring functional consistency, business alignment and relevance of technical choices.
- Actively contribute to pre-sales phases: scoping, defining target architecture, demonstrations, building proposals, participation in presentations.
- Define and enforce architecture standards: guiding principles, integration strategy, extension patterns, development governance.
- Oversee implementation and support delivery teams: configuration, development, data migration, testing, Go-Live.
- Anticipate and manage technical and functional risks.
- Participate in architecture governance (Design Authority).
- Build team competencies: coaching, mentoring, community engagement.
Requirements
- Solid experience with D365 F&O.
- Ease working with Business and IT leadership.
- Confirmed pre-sales experience.
- Mastery of the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Leadership and ability to support teams.
- Microsoft certifications appreciated.
