We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Engineer to join our SaaS Platform organisation and be a key piece in the evolution of Cross Platform Analytics capabilities. Your mission will be to design, integrate and process operational and customer interaction data to enable scalable analytics capabilities, advanced reporting and impactful global artificial intelligence (AI).

Your Mission (Challenges and Responsibilities)

• Architecture and Pipelines: Design, build and maintain highly scalable data pipelines for operational data and customer interactions.
• Ecosystem Integration: Connect and unify critical data sources such as Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Core Banking platforms, Customer Experience (CX) surveys and both local and global origins.
• Optimisation and Modelling: Develop and optimise ETL/ELT processes, batch and real-time ingestion flows, as well as structured analytical data models.
• Governance and Performance: Ensure data quality, consistency, traceability and observability under governance regulations, optimising storage in Data Lake and Data Warehouse infrastructures.
• Technical Synergy: Collaborate closely with Insights functional teams, BI developers, Product Managers and technical leaders to support business use cases (operational KPIs, voice/text analytics and Copilot capabilities).

Required Skills (Mandatory Requirements)

• Minimum Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in Data Engineering and pipeline implementation.
• Technical Mastery: Solid knowledge of Advanced SQL, analytical data modelling and query optimisation.
• Data Structures: Practical experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, integrations via REST APIs and both batch and real-time processing.
• Cloud Stack: Real experience working with cloud data infrastructures (AWS or Azure) and distributed analytical environments.
• Governance: Understanding of data quality control, lineage and observability concepts.
• Methodologies and Tools: Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and use of collaboration tools such as Jira, GitHub and Confluence.
• Languages: C1 English level.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in Contact Centre analytics, omnichannel channels or Customer 360 platforms.
• Knowledge of messaging or streaming tools such as Kafka / Event Bus and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with ecosystem technologies such as Athena, Redshift, Snowflake, Synapse or Dataverse.
• Passion for learning, sharing ideas and evolving with the team in global SaaS environments.
