About the Role
As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. Your role involves continuous monitoring, diagnosing problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of software applications that support business functions. You will interact with different teams to maintain system stability and contribute to improving overall service quality through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance collective expertise
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance
Professional & Technical Skills
Required Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional
- Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning systems and their functional modules
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in documenting support activities and creating user guides to assist end-users
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional
