Job Description: The Run My Business (RMB) Journey has embarked on an exciting series of initiatives to design and build our new online platform for TD business clients - TD Business Central (TDBC). Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Deposits and Cash Management Services (CMS), the Product Owner will be a member of the team that focuses on helping business clients from local to multinational, move money simply, securely and seamlessly, allowing them to maximize cash flow and focus on growing their businesses. The Product Owner's accountabilities will focus specifically on a suite of money-movement products used by Commercial and Corporate clients, with an emphasis on modern payment innovation, embedded banking capabilities, and solutions designed to meet the needs of clients with robust, complex requirements. Job Responsibilities: Support the design and evolution of payment solutions for larger, more sophisticated clients, including bulk payables, Bulk EMT and embedded banking solutions, ensuring alignment to client operating models and scale requirements. Shape the product roadmap by assessing payment trends, competitor offerings, client use cases, and feature opportunities that support revenue growth. Represent the voice of the customer in the design of intuitive, efficient digital payment experiences. Serve as a subject matter expert representing Commercial Banking in payment rails and capabilities planning, including ACH, EFT, wires, ISO 20022, host-to-host integrations, and embedded banking. Design and optimize end-to-end money movement workflows, including controls, exception handling, and modernization of digital-first solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales teams to streamline operational processes, maintain payment file layouts and end-to-end process maps, and support day-to-day product inquiries and enhancements. Develop client- and sales-facing materials, including training content, product overviews, procedures, FAQs, proposal materials, and required legal or control documentation. Manage control partner engagement and vendor relationships, including approvals, contract updates, invoice review, SLA oversight, and regular governance routines. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to forecast and report on product growth and performance, and define volume and pricing requirements to optimize the P&L. Job Requirements: Strong knowledge of Business Banking processes, products/ services and clients, ideally with previous experience cash management services experience. Thought leadership and industry knowledge in cash management services, payments modernization, and emerging payment innovations. Exposure to SWIFT, ISO 20022, real-time payments (RTR/Faster Payments) Strong understanding of the needs of larger, more sophisticated commercial clients. Ability to work independently with limited guidance; take ownership of deliverables; navigate ambiguity. Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines. Experience with agile methodologies preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders in both verbal and written form. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions. Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Leverage Microsoft Copilot (across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and generate insights. Successful candidate will need to meet Business Banking return to office standards.
