About the role: The Order Management Analyst plays a pivotal role in elevating customer experience, operational accuracy, and team performance across our order‑to‑cash ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer service analytics, technical troubleshooting, and process innovation. As a core member of the Customer Operations team, the Order Management Analyst owns the development and maintenance of customer service reporting, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive better decision‑making. This role also serves as a technical problem‑solver, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams like logistics and inventory teams to diagnose and resolve system issues, streamline workflows, and enhance the tools our teams rely on every day. This role is also a critical resource for training and knowledge‑sharing, helping teammates understand new processes, tools, and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate either is—or is ready to grow into—a subject matter expert who elevates the entire team through clarity, consistency, and innovation. Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to: Serve as the first line of support for system or order flow disruptions, diagnosing root causes and coordinating with IT or vendors to implement timely fixes. Partner with Logistics, Finance, Inventory, and Order management teams to resolve order discrepancies, align on service expectations, and support seamless order to cash execution. Create clear SOPs, job aids, and training materials to help team members adopt new tools, understand reporting, and follow best practice workflows. Send accurate daily sales reports and month to date pacing summaries that clearly indicate whether the business is on track to meet revenue and volume targets. Assist in building and maintaining customer fill rate report to ensure accurate cut rate and fulfillment insights are communicated to internal teams. Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting scorecards that track order accuracy, response times, backlog trends, and service KPIs. Transform complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations, producing ad hoc analyses and distributing findings broadly through advanced Excel modeling and Power BI visualizations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, supply chain, economics, or another business-related field) Minimum 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, and warehouse operations. Able to adapt and think critically under pressure in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; dependable and accurate. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and/or other data analysis/presentation toolsets. Dynamics 365 and Power BI experience a plus. Quick learner – not afraid of testing new programs, ways of working, or strategy. Constant seeker of untapped knowledge. Work Environment: This role is Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The compensation band for this position is $77,400 - $96.700 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
