About Young Community Developers
Young Community Developers (YCD) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community-based organization in San Francisco that provides employment training, education, career development, and housing services to residents of the Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood and surrounding under-resourced communities. It serves youth and adults, including formerly incarcerated individuals re-entering the workforce.
