- Partners with distributed delivery models still hire remote-first across regions.
- Hypercare and support roles are frequently remote even where implementation is on-site.
- Contract roles skew more remote than permanent, especially for niche F&O skills.
Where it's tightening
Client-facing functional and architecture roles increasingly expect some on-site presence for workshops and go-lives — hybrid, not remote. Position yourself by being explicit about which phases you can deliver remotely and where you'll travel. Flexibility framed as a delivery model, not a demand, opens more doors.
